Showed up for my appointment 15 min prior. Had been told 30 min before but if it is “REQUIRED” that I be in their office 30 min prior then isn’t that actually my appointment time. Anyway, I’m told when I get there that my granddaughter, who is with me EVERYDAY cannot go back with me so since I’m late and have a child I’ll have to reschedule. How can I reschedule when my granddaughter is with me everyday? I love this place the doctors the nurse took care my son when he was going thru chemo. But still doing great for lab work. Dr Cook, Doctor Fung , Dr Whitfield and many more staff. All I won't to say thanks for keeping my son here with me

I recently just went for an appointment there at the pediatric hematologist for my 3 month old baby and it was by far one of the most worst experience ever! It was my second time there and both times they had to take labs, the first time I went they poked her EVERYWHERE trying to find a vein and they would re'stick the needle where it had already been and still no blood would come out, I was told I would get a call for those lab results and I didn't get nothing.
