I waited 2.5 weeks for an appointment and asked at the time of booking would the doctor just see me or remove as I grown toenail on that visit. Woman booking stated they would remove it. arrived 15 min early as requested. Sat and waited for a doctor til 30 min after my appointment time. Very nice told me what they could do we decided on the procedure then I was told that she could not do it that day she had been double booked. That I’d have to come back for an appt 4 days later.
