Staff is rude and speaks down to patients on the phone. Customer service is terrible here.

I had dr ZASTROW for several years he just retired July 1 I suppose to get his replacement in August he got some big shoes to fill dr ZASTROW is great and he said I would have his replacement.. Becca is a excellent nurse. front desk very polite and always returns my call
Dr Zastrow and his staff are always very professional and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to actually listen to your questions and gives each patient individualized care.
