My son was injured in a football game so we came to ECU Health for urgent care. We felt welcomed and well-cared for from start to finish, from the gentleman who checked us in to the nurses, radiology technician, and NP who cared for my son. Everyone was very kind and caring, in addition to professional. We were grateful for the great experience even during a challenging situation.
