Very satisfying with service every time I have been in there.
You may be able to get a bandaid but do not count on any ecu medical facility if you have a real emergency the care is at best substandard
This is probably the last time I give this place a chance. I drive about an hour to get here, and was told nothing was wrong with my daughter , this is the second time this has happened, 2 different children. Bring them all the way there because we couldn't get into their primary care doctor due to no appointments or time of day, and was told nothing was wrong both times, and both times later in the day their condition got markedly worse and was able to get them into their regular doctor and that doctor was shocked that we w... read more
I’ve had many appointments here and in my experience, You will not be able to get an appointment in a timely fashion by calling, or scheduling online. You will not be able to see or speak to the doctor that performed a minor operation on you after it’s done because he’s “not accepting patients.” If you are able to schedule an appointment, it’s likely that it will be rescheduled months farther out on the week you’re supposed to go.
