We've been with them for a while. Our doctor quit and in this process them trying to replace this doctor. They have put my family off for months. They gave my wife a second doctor. And then took that doctor away from her. So now she has no doctor. My wife is sick. She's been trying to get in as a teladoc. She's been trying to get in there to get an appointment and they refuse to do anything for her. They don't want to help their clients and they have no problem forgetting and blowing off their clients to fulfill their needs.... read more
I had called to establish primary care back in 2024 and was told there was a 4 month waiting period. I decided to continue and an apt was set up for febuary. One week prior to the apt they canceled it and informed me the schedulle changed for them. I was told I would have to go elsewhere to another facility to get in. This has been a terrible expierience with this health facility. The communication has not been good. Go elsewhere in my opinion!
Terrible service regarding a family member. Experience severe headaches out of nowhere, blood pressure skyrocketing and doctor canceling appointments because she has “other patients that need to be seen” ahead of patient experience health issues. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Refused to even attempt to help. Horrible addition to this town. So appalling to have a patient in need and unable to find someone that actually cares.
