The women working at the front desk are unprofessional. Every time I go in, they are talking and/or eating and ignoring patients for minutes at a time. My mother has Parkinson’s and cannot stand there and wait for them to realize that they actually have a job to do. It is ridiculous that grown people can act this way while working a job in healthcare and think it’s okay.
