This is an horrible hospital…. They change me in the hall by mri in front of everyone….. then she rush the needle in my arm …. Which left a bruise….. I had a stroke they was laughing at me ……. Very unprofessional… I was so ready to leave

I had occasion to need to go to the ECU emergency room a while ago and I was impressed. 3 things to put this review in perspective: 1. I had a botched surgery years ago. I still have lots of problems & I've had numerous procedures since and I literally moved to Greenville to be close to a higher level of care. So I am much more familiar to ERs than most. 2. An Afganistan vet with a purple heart who was in the process of having a seizure waited for 2 hours. They told him nothing and cared more about making sure his two vet friends were kicked out because only one guest could be him. Awesome time
I arrived by ambulance. 3 hours into my wait, a man in a gold colored blazer approaches me with a laptop on a rolling desk. After giving my name, it turns out there was no record of me in the ER. The guy fist bumps me repeatedly without telling me exactly what's going on or how he's going to handle this, tells me "he's got me" and "not to get mad" and, wait for it - to "smile".
