Horrible service, I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’ve been coming here for two years now and it’s always the same. Rarely you find a kind employee who actually cares about you, the rest are just there to make your life impossible. If you’re thinking on coming here for any legal reasons about your vehicle I recommend you going to the one in Andrews or anywhere else besides Odessa where they won’t make you waste your precious time, Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Went to do a change of date on a title transfer to avoid several hundred dollar fee no big deal They rejected the change of date because he printed his signature instead of doing it in cursive I got print an a cursive signature on the title nope rejected.
