I have called multiple times this winter about the snow and ice and not being able to get into my unit and they say they will look into it and call me back but nothing! For the price of the units you should be able to keep up with the snow removal and put some salt down.
We love our Trillium EC Smart storage and location. Clean and easy access. If we ever had a question they almost responded immediately. Tom and Karen
I have rented 4 different units and have been extremely happy. Easy to make contact with office people. Easy to secure a unit verbally over the phone and easy to end rental by sending photo. Access works very well. It feels secure and cameras are visible. I would highly recommend.
New storages buildings, with enough space in the parking lot for big trucks & trailers. The storages space are also big & enough.
Very clean and secure. Units are well built and the rates are reasonable.
