As a teen then at the time my relationship with this place was sooo terrible and toxic when I needed support/resources it was a hit and miss I worked at the Livernois & GrandRiver location the store manager was toxic had her favorites she knew what I was going through acted like she care then fired me sooo I was struggling trying to find a way to get my job back even if I had to relocate to another store. I called the office spoke with a lady name Karen! She was very rude ! She hung up on me twice ! I called back several times she kept sending me to voicemail not answering! I was calling to speak with somebody other than her because someone needs to know how she treat people. On top of that she’s in charge of customer complaints! It’s unacceptable! Karen is rude and it’s disgusting!
