This store cares about there customers I had had an issue and they contacted me right away and were very very polite and understanding and wanting to make sure they made things right. Very good owner and managers
I can’t say enough good things about ECS Coffee in Ancaster. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel right at home. They always greet me by name and take the genuine time to know me, which makes every visit feel special. Customer service like that is so rare these days, but they nail it every time. Horrible service. Cashier was rude and knew nothing and huffed when asked a question accidentally grabbed a decade noticed before I got to my car went straight back she said she couldn't to exchange had to wait for the another girl I waited ten min asked again said she was in the bathroom now waited another 5 mins still no one left. Horrible horrible place
Great collection of sugar and sugar-free syrups. They also offer unique coffee pod flavors that are Keurig-compatible. I was impressed by their selection of coffee machines and coffee mugs as well.
