The program itself is okay, and there are some great counselors—Charles, for example, creates a comfortable and welcoming environment. However, I had a frustrating experience when my regular counselor(Charles ) was out and Jennifer McKee covered the session. Went here in 2019. Idk that it helped or if it just made me way more depressed. I personally think they just make it as miserable of an experience as they can so you don't drink and drive again. I mean it worked for me ill never drink again. I get that we are being punished but my word they loooooove to charge you. I saw a girl get kicked out of the class once because she took her phone out RIGHT as class ended. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They will make you pay for missing classes or 1on1 sessions when they notify you 30-15m a head of it. SOME counselors was very unprofessional and even swearing, yelling and arguing with the students when they ask about their face to face appointment because they been delaying it 🤦🏿♂️.
