I attended the ESC Accord program and, while I faced some challenges, particularly with the cost and occasional difficulties in rescheduling sessions (issues others have also mentioned in their reviews). These programs love to take advantage of people struggling. Don’t ever think of being late you will be charged don’t miss a class you will be charged and have to reschedule it. As soon as I finished my program finally and paid the late fees they decided to say I still owe more fees for rescheduling my last face to face because It was a month since my last class but I thought it was ridiculous given the face that I did not have anymore classs left and they cancelled my last face to face due so why would I owe more money after... read more
I just want to say thank you so much for Thomas for assisting me in completing the program. It's been an agonizing 14 years on my part to finally complete the program. To all the disgruntled people that leave bad reviews or give the staff an attitude, take a hard look in the mirror, NO ONE forced you to drink and drive and to pay the consequences of YOUR actions! These people have a job to do and to treat them with disrespect is utterly vile! Show some human decency and respect! It's not their fault but YOUR OWN!
This place is a trip for the first 10 minutes of every group there sure to tell you that if your 2 minutes late you won't get into class. Yesterday i didn't get my link until 5 minutes after group was suppose to start. So today when it was 10 minutes till i thought they might just be late again. Oh no i was suspended because my payments are due on the 1st of every month. No email saying hey a payment is due. No friendly reminders no well I'm sure he will pay it since he's mandated.
