Really happy with my air conditioning unit, ECS were easy to deal with and the team on the ground were great too.
Called twice to book a service. No one calls back. Customer service is awful.
A superb job carried out quickly and efficiently. A very good crew of workers were in attendance who left no mess or rubbish at the end of the job. I recommend this company without reservation.
I searched around before choosing ECS as the installers of my air conditioning. The quote I received was competitive and the installation process good. However this company provide a maintenance contract and as an incentive they will give customers a discount if they leave a 5 star review. I was lured in by this, what a BIG mistake this was.
