I sent personalized birthday pints to my son in law for his birthday while his boys were visiting from out of town. I have sent eCreamery previously and it is a very sweet gift. I made a big deal of it as they live in a hot climate. With two boys and a newborn they were juggling a lot and I made sure they would be around for delivery, but the delivery never came as promised on his birthday. This ice cream store was wonderful on all levels. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of our gluten-free needs with care. The product was perfect for all age groups. The ambience was relaxing.
Late nights at the zoo: how hard is it to scoop ice cream? Waiting for order fulfillment is too long.
