Tom Roman showed up with his girlfriend and determined the heating element was out without looking. I assumed this was the problem since I had spoken to several people. He has to order the part, so there was a deposit, which I paid by check. No show at the following appointment. We called twice, left a message, no call backs. No he won’t newer the phone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I hired him to put a clear roof on a pergola, fix my dryer, install a replacement ceiling fan and light. He wants half of the money up front-don’t do it! After all kinds of excuses and problems he showed up at 7pm a couple of weeks later. They installed my roof in less than an hour. You can imagine the quality. Terrible! When I complained he was very apologetic and said he’d make good. We arranged a time for him to come. No show, no word, no replies to any of my texts. UPDATED: At first..They were extremely nice and helpful. They fixed two of my refrigerators, a sink and a dishwasher. We encountered some part delays, but ECR kept me well informed during the process. I highly recommend choosing ECR. CURRENT: The outdoor refrigerator doesn't work. It is tripping the GFI when plugged in so we don't know if it works. The dishwasher doesn't drain during the wash cycle. The rinse and drain cycle must be used to empty the dishwasher of standing water. We have tried since August 9, 2020 to get ECR... read more
