ECP has renewed my trust in protection plans, for which I am typically a skeptic. We bought the product/protection that was applied by the dealership that sold us our boat. I incurred some stains on the rear sun pad and rear seat....both white vinyl. The stains could not be removed so they have agreed to replace the vinyl using a local vendor. Jordan Willing, the claims rep was very professional, and was awesome explaining the process and working with us to make sure it gets done.
This product does not work and the company does not honor their warranty. I purchased the Auto Armor car protection and my hood started to crack. I submitted a claim and they denied it. This product is a waste of money
