I hired Ecoway Movers for a local move. Several items arrived damaged (an antique table and multiple boxed dishes). I filed a claim through the claims section on their website right away, but it feels like the company doesn’t actually have a claims team — they never check or respond to submissions. For three months I sent follow-up emails and made multiple phone calls; no one answered or followed up.
