terrible communication and customer service..ordered salt and new faucet , did not show up when we had apt.Called following week out of blue said he was 15 minutes away.Disk were broke..ordered disk, salt and bronze faucet at 225$ cost...returned with no salt, silver faucet ..Lori said they would mail money order cause they could not do refund on cc, bull crap..Now they will not answer calls or text..Filing dispute with my bank as well as BBB..this place is a joke as well as customer service..Beware
