Richard came to the scheduled appointment on time and was thorough and friendly. Colleen is pleasant and easy to talk to. The job got done and it is great working with such a friendly family-owned business.
Rich is slow to answer phone calls and is not quick to make any service call!!! I am very disappointed in his professionalism and work ethic!! Our system has been trouble since the beginning and he cannot be bothered to make it right!!!
