Hands down, amazing service. Called Becky and told her the issues we were having with our softner hissing and dumping water nonstop, they were able to get someone out here. Not only was the problem detected but easily fixed within minutes and since this was new to us, education was provided.
CALLED ECO TODAY REGARDING REPAIR OF MY 1 YEAR OLD WHIRLPOOL SOFTENER. SALT NOT BEING USED, RUST IN FIXTURES, ETC. BRENDA SAID TO TAP THE OUTSIDES OF THE SALT TANK WITH A RUBBER MALLET, AND, IF I HAD SOMETHING I COULD POKE DOWN THROUGH THE SALT WITHOUT DAMAGING THE TANK TO DO THAT TOO. WOWOWOWOWOWOWWWWWWWW! I DID THIS STUFF, THAN RAN A CYCLE, AND NOW I HAVE SOFT WATER!!!!! I WILL TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY OF MY FUTURE SOFTENER NEEDS.
