I purchased a water system 20 years ago. 20 years of no issues. So I had them come out for a service call and to make a recommendation. We upgraded our system at a very reasonable cost. Extremely happy with the work. I would recommend them for your water system. Thank you ecowater.
Unfortunately, I made my last purchase here. Rude front desk lady and can not help or refused to help. They sell things and don't even know what additional seals are required to properly install or replace uv light. Was told they don't sell any seals which i have gotten there in the past but again she refused to help or even look it up.
EcoWater has been great to work with. Their technicians who install and service their product are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. I had a recent service call and the technician and Brandy who helped schedule everything were so great to work with.
Owner and team very friendly work very fast.
