I chose not to work with this company because of the unprofessional and frankly immature behavior of their sales guy. That guy alone was enough for me to be a hard no. He was aggressive, insulting, pushy, told me I was lying and buying "China-made crap" when I informed him I had gotten quotes from other companies (which is best practice) and chose to go with another provider.
