Great service! Called for an appointment and got one within 2 days. I requested delivery of salt and filters, a water check, and service check on my water softener to clear an error message. The guy who arrived, Marlin, was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, and explained things clearly. I'm very happy with the overall service provided by EcoWater Winchester! Only complaint is the visit charge. $100 just to come to the house for delivery of supplies is awfully steep, especially when we customers already pay premium prices ... read more
Edit: I upgraded our review after the company reached out and we had a productive conversation over the phone. The biggest issue was the first visit was a sales guy. They sent over an actual technician after the phone call and his results and recommendations were much more in line with the other inspections and quotes. This was the best decision I've made in a long time .the installation was easy and the techs was friendly and very professional and my water in my house is a 1000% better
Arrive early, polite, kind and knowledgeable. Explain everything he was doing with our system. Definitely the best company I have ever hire.
