One of the worst companies to deal with. False advertising in their warranties. We bought it because it was offered through Costco. Their pipe burst and flooded our house last year. They came over (after few days) but charged us $150. The same pipe just burst again and flooded our house 2nd time. We now have to spend thousands of dollars in demolition and rebuilding walls, let alone dealing with mold. Please don't waste your money and life if you want peace.
We had a unit from home depot and haven’t had good experience., so had to opt to ecowater. The tech was great and helped in getting the best. Thanks!
Thank you to Nathan for his patience in helping me more understand the instructions given to me when my units were installed. Larry and Bobby were through at that time...but it was a tad overwhelming. I had since looked up online at the manuals...but they were more technical with installation and parts details than being user friendly with basic information for monitoring. Nathan conversed via phone wonderfully while allowing me time to document the data I needed to remember as well as answering more questions! THANK YOU!
Wish I could give 0 stars. I regret buying this system! Now we're stuck with it! Edit: you most certainly have gotten complaints from me. Your tech wrote down 0%interest and now we are stuck paying for a system with crazy interest that we will be stuck with paying while simultaneously hating it
Awesome group! Reasonable prices and very response to calls (even when it was our fault). Highly recommend!!!
