This is an excellent water softening system. I have had my EcoWater System going on a few years now. I also have the RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purifier installed and I have to say that the water I get at home is the cleanest tasting water I have ever had the privilege of drinking. The customer service is also top notch. The water you bathe or shower in feels nice, fresh and clean. My skin has become healthier over time having this system installed. We got Ecowater via Costco and right from the start, Sonny gave a wonderful presentation and clearly explained the risks involved. Nathen followed up and did an excellent job in fixing the RO unit and it was seamless and fast. Thanks to both for an great experience!

Outstanding service from start to finish! It started with Sunny, who came out to test my water yesterday evening.
