I’ve had an awesome experience with Ecowater systems. Ive had the system 10 years- purchased at Costco. Warranty was going to be up in November. My tank exploded- a pipe- glad I was home to be able to bypass it. Called Patricia and she sent someone out. They - can’t remember his name- decided what was wrong and then they said it was still under warranty. Well instead of replacing the cracked resin bin? Or whatever it was…. We had the annual service on our water conditioning system today and our technician, Pete Sallas, exceeded our expectations. He arrived on time, was very thorough, answered our questions, was professional and friendly. He found a small issue with our system and took care of it right then. We are very appreciative!
