I couldn’t be happier with the sales and service I received. Nick visited me at my home listened to my issues and concerns and put my mind at easy. Pete came to our house to service our water softener, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the system was working perfectly. We were very impressed with his service and will definitely be requesting Pete every time we need maintenance on our system. Highly recommend!
I took my time to write this review just to be sure that system works as expected. We used Costco for the EcoWater Systems as well as my sister w her husband and we had a great experience! Marty came to our home to explain the water filtration system, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to buy anything, which was a huge difference compared to some other companies we met with. I wanted to take time to Thanks Mari and Luis for their professional and courteous and explaining details of the water filtrations. I’m very happy to finally have good quality water in my whole house at a reasonable price that I could afford. Everything was installed in one day.
