We had our EcoWater system water softener and RO system installed mid Sept 2025 and we really like it! We had a great experience starting with the promotion with our local Costco. On the last week of August, the rep on site was Jasmine and she scheduled our demo in a couple of days. Mirie did a superb demo and we signed the paperwork after we decided on what we needed. I just had a new EcoWater Systems water softener installed by Ideal Water Solutions. My installer Jose Soler did a wonderful job on the install as well as helping me setup the app, how to operate the system, and what to do with special situations like refilling the pool, etc.. My salesman “Nick” Nicolas also was great explaining the differences in models and benefits/features of the system. I could not be happier with the process and system thus far.
We are extremely happy with our purchase from Costco Ecowater systems. Overall the system is of high quality and we are very satisfied with the product and installation. Nick and Drew have done a great job during installation. They answered all our questions and tested the produce well before they leave. Overall very satisfied with the service. 5/5 rating.
We are raving fans of Pete. He is the best, most knowledgeable technician. That was the most help and information we've received since we've owned the machine. Very helpful! Thank you Pete.
