Nick was highly impressive as a sales person. I had numerous questions, and he answered them all. If he didn’t know, he found out and got back to me. He even sent me videos to show me specific things I asked about. Jonny was our installer. He did a great job. My husband dealt with him and was pleased with his curtesy and attention to detail.
Before the Install - I worked with Michael to get my water tested and tell me what my house requires to have installed. Out of the many companies who I called and had come to my house for a consultation he was the most educated. Although he couldn't exactly tell me the system I had (Understandable), he was able to give the best educated guess and do a water test on the spot, and suggest the system I would need that fits my home.
