We hired EcoWater Systems through Costco Wholesale. We met with Nick who gave us a very detailed description of the different systems that they provide. He addressed our needs and was able to recommend a system that will work best for us and fit our needs. The installation was arranged for the following week. Called the same day I was getting multiple notifications on my phone, got an appt for the next day. Pete was the tech and he was great, explaining to me how the system works, tested my water and had everything in working order in 10 minutes! Great customer and tech service!
I got the EcoWater System and the Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water. It has been about two weeks since the install. My family and I have nothing but good things to say. Our kettle no longer gets that nasty buildup after a couple days of use. Showering is also a different experience.
