Sent her a picture, she started it wrong mind you she begged me to let her do it again I said okay, when finished she cut the braids to the point they were unraveling I told her these are going to unravel she said no you’re fine they won’t, come here I’m just put a rubber band on them, again mind you they should not need rubber bands if done correctly ! I only gave 1 star because there isn’t an option for zero start. The most unprofessional and rude person I have ever experienced. I came to get my son braid and not only was it not what I asked for but it was $60!!!! His hair is literally about 8-10 inches long and only at the top. She told me the braids would go down and look better the next day. The next day it didn’t go down. I have been getting my hair braided by Mouna for over 2 yrs now and what I love the most about her shop is the customers service, take her time but fast, and will make herself available when needed no matter the time. My hair last for 2months or more depending on the style. I truly recommend her services, Mouna is one of the best and I’m truly satisfied each time. Thank you in advance
