Very poor customer service. They installed a generator several years before i bought my house last year. I went to get it serviced and guess what no permits were pulled. After 10 calls a supposed manager said she would get it fixed in 2 weeks. Nothing was done and 30 calls later and a letter from a lawyer they are not responding. They are not to be trusted if they cannot pull a permit or fix it what good are they as a company. They removed my first post lets see how long this stays up!
Would give negative if i could. Bought a house that has a generator installed by EcoVolt they did not pull the permits. I only found out as i tried to get a service for it after i bought the house and no one will touch it because of the lack of permits. I am getting the run around from the office 30 calls and no called back the office clerk is not giving the message or the person is trying to duck the responsibility after saying they would fix the issue and get things all corrected.
