I have never worked with a more incompetent organization in my entire career. From start to finish on the job I did with them, it was mismanaged from a timeline perspective, communication, and responsibility of ownership on duties of the project. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a SCAM. Their promises have not even gotten close to being met. My panels were installed in January and have not even gotten close to eliminating our electric bill. I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS on getting the panels removed and the loan cancelled. They have not responded to numerous emails at this point and we are looking into getting an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I’m extremely disappointed with Ecovole Solar’s customer support after installation. While they were very responsive and eager during the sales process, their support has been nearly impossible to reach once the panels were installed. I’ve experienced issues with the panels not working properly and have tried contacting Belly, Miriam, and the general customer support numbers multiple times—with no response. I had an issue. I called who sold me my system They said they would not help me. I didn't know they weren't even affiliated with Ecovole anymore. I made a complaint Ecolve saw my complaint and got a hold of me immediately. I believe they're going to take care of the issue. I'm pretty happy now.
