☆☆☆☆ My interaction with Ecovole was brief, but unfortunately very telling. I spoke directly with Travis about resolving the issues with my solar system. He never followed back up with me. I then learned that Ecovole told EnFin that my system had not been repaired because I had failed to accept a repair estimate. Will not help when you have trouble with your system. Will give you the runaround. Customer service doesn't exist.

Unfortunately, my experience with ECOVOLE has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer service and follow-up. My solar panels were installed at the beginning of the year. However, as soon as I signed the documents, the sales representative essentially disappeared. I was then referred to my “assigned” company representative, only to find out that she had also left the company. You make a call and they say they'll return you call. I emailed them with no response even though they said it's faster response. My solar is turned off and they have to turn it back on, but are being unresponsive. I also referred a friend to them to get solar. They said they paid for that, and I had to do so much work to get that referral money. It took months. I've having another company monitor my system after this. All of the employees I dealt with in sales and installation were very kind and professional. Even with all my questions they were happy to answer and explain what I needed. It was a pleasure working with them all.
