Customer Service and Employees rate a minus 10 They never follow through, with anything. Have been trying to resolve issues for 5 months. Installers they hire are on drugs or have drinking or mental problems. They are as worthless as the office staff was and is. Not a single person we have talked to to still works there. Eihter quit or fired. Alabama office is ranking with them in customer service as well.
I would have given no stars if the manager hadn’t attempted to make things right. The salesmen represent the company as if they do the work. They subcontract everything. Communicating with the salesman became infuriating and I had to call the office and get the manager involved. Think twic before you sign.
