BEWARE! Do NOT do business with them! We hired them last April 2024 and put $5,000 down for windows that never came. After multiple promises and phone calls they started ignoring us and now we’re left with nothing. We’re not even sure if they’re still in business. Lesson learned I guess.
Paid a 50% deposit on June 9. Was told it would be 12-16 week for install. Week 17 and when I call I’m told the company sold and contracts are now with new company? Was never informed and out almost $8000. Now being told it could be 2025 before we see anything? They better get their stuff together or lawyers will be involved. Absolutely unprofessional. And who knows if this is even true, cuz the guy just kept talking in circles about everything.
BEWARE!! They are scammers. They’re no longer allowed to do business because they’ve made so many mistakes. They will come to your home and give you a quote and take your money. Then you never hear from them again. There’s a padlock on their office door and they are not in operation. All their phone numbers lead back to a man named Caleb and he is only there to give an appearance that the business is still operational so they can keep collecting money from unsuspecting people. Do not use this company and if you do do not pay in full. Fails inspection, over a year after signing the agreement I still do not have window hardware dust protection things. Totally disappointed in myself for going with eco view and trusting the work to them. I repeat do not use this company for windows.
Brendan was the most professional rep to assist us in our needs, we were looking at multiple options as far as window companies but Brendans professionalism and expertise was what made us buy from him
