All of the employees I dealt with, including sales, office, the person that measured for the job & the installers were great. Cindy was very knowledgeable. The person that came out to measure (forgot his name) was very knowledgeable as well. Althea, I spoke with the most, was friendly and prompt with responses. This year the team replaced the windows in the master bedroom and the kitchen. Last year they replaced an old slider and front doors with a beautiful set of doors by ThermaTru. Two other big name installers would not provide the doors we wanted, but EcoView did the install without a moment’s hesitation. They know their business! And they work to build trust and relationships with their customers. We got windows and a slider finished yesterday. We went with Ecoview because my sister got new windows on two of her homes. One house they went Anderson that cost much more, The other they got EcoView and she was much happier with EcoView’s prices and service. EcoView goes the extra mile and puts window coverings back up. They were prompt, friendly, finished a day before they told us they would which was great as we have bratty pets.
