Two stars ONLY because I like the product. ***20 Aug 2025 - After 8 months, multiple requests for resolution, 2 unscheduled visits from the business owner and nothing from EcoView, at MY request (it’s usually business request), the county performed Inspection: 6 of 13 FAILED. Door is pending install until the windows are fixed. 18 Oct 2024: Ordered 14 items (13 windows – 12 double hung, 1 single transom & 1 door) The windows arrived on 16 Dec 2024 and were installed 21 Dec 2024. The only good thing to say about them is that the installers were top notch. Getting them to respond after making a deposit is near impossible. Getting updates from them never happens without leaving Numero messages and voicemails. When the sales rep tells you the financing is at a certain rate and that the first 6 months is interest free, they are lying. We got 9 windows, 3 sliding glass doors, and a French door for the front. The contractors did a great job with installation and cleanup!
After getting a few quotes we ended up going with EcoView since several of our neighbors went with them and they are happy. Everything went smoothly, took about 3 months for the windows to come in and it took them 2 days to install them. We had one small problem with a bad screen from the factory and when we had some difficulty getting ahold of someone at their office, I just called our sales person Shannon, and then he got everything taken care of. We love our new StormBreaker windows and overall everything went well.
