The only good thing to say about them is that the installers were top notch. Getting them to respond after making a deposit is near impossible. Getting updates from them never happens without leaving Numero messages and voicemails. When the sales rep tells you the financing is at a certain rate and that the first 6 months is interest free, they are lying. We got 9 windows, 3 sliding glass doors, and a French door for the front. After getting a few quotes we ended up going with EcoView since several of our neighbors went with them and they are happy. Everything went smoothly, took about 3 months for the windows to come in and it took them 2 days to install them. We had one small problem with a bad screen from the factory and when we had some difficulty getting ahold of someone at their office, I just called our sales person Shannon, and then he got everything taken care of. We love our new StormBreaker windows and overall everything went well.
