Please stay far away from EcoView Windows. As a veteran, I feel that I have been taken advantage of. James Conner sold the business, and we have now been forced to seek legal advice to resolve this matter. I encourage anyone considering this company to do their research carefully before signing a contract. I hope no one else has to experience what my family has gone through.
Purchase two sliding glass doors paid for impact glass was given tempered glass and now when I try to contact them no one contacts me back I would not buy anything from these people they are scam artists now I have to take them to court.
This review is for the installation part of the process. Everyone will have their own experience when it comes to the types of windows ordered and the manufacturing process. However, when it comes to installation, I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the professionalism the crew I had exhibited. I'm prior military and a former defense contractor, so have had my fair share of experience with contract work. This crew was fast, detail-oriented, quiet, and job-focused. The email for warranty repairs is fake. So don't expect them to honor it. Same with their phone number to talk to someone. They have a phone tree that asking for an agent routes to some poor guy stuck dealing with their BS that is not them. Luckily we repeatedly asked they get the inspection for the insurance discount they never responded to and all the locks are failing so anyone can open the windows.
