Erin absolutely blew us away when we sampled her food. We were quite stuffed after a day of sampling other local caterers but her food was so good that we just kept eating. We knew then that we wanted her to cater our wedding. She was easy to work with and responsive throughout the process, then delivered on our wedding day with an amazing meal.
