brought my vehicle in for a full brake replacement. After the work was completed, the car began making a grinding noise and the braking power did not feel normal or safe. Given that brake work is a critical safety issue, this was extremely concerning. I contacted the mechanic to raise these concerns and requested that the vehicle be inspected again.
