Bought some KW coilovers from ecotune Scotlands website, shortly after payment I was personally emailed from a staff member called Tony thanking me for the purchase and confirming dispatch date which was quick! They turned up very well packaged (I've taken them out the box and put back in the picture) Very friendly staff and can't wait to get them fitted on Wednesday 😀 il be seeing you guys for a ecu/tcu soon! I travelled all the way from Wales, 400 mile journey. I had my Polo GTI ECU and TCU done by these guys, and the car drives like it should have from factory. It’s a night and day difference. I would highly recommend the journey to see these guys!
I bought a previously ecotune modified RS3, however the car was lacking some invoices and I wanted clarification on the work that was carried out. Tony was extremely helpful and spent countless hours scouting the systems and database. Bare in mind the car was tuned back in 2019 so Ecotune or Tony could have simply ignored me or fobbed me off but it's a testament to themselves to have spent so much time checking for invoices and answering all my questions.
Called ecotune to ask about remapping to stage one but unfortunately couldn't. But the gentleman Tony was very kind enough to recommend other things they could do for me and also recommended another place for the remap. Thank you for your kind reply Tony, much appreciated! Love the professionalism and curtesy!
Had my car remapped here. 10/10 service and quality. Even got sent some pictures/videos of the dyno run of my car which was a nice surprise. The team at Ecotune really are the experts of VAG tuning. Would recommend them to everyone.
