Ecotune remapped my S350 in 2017. I 've just dicovered that they failed to delete the EGR properly, although they did delete the DPF and Adblue. They have lost my records (apparently) and because my invoice only states "DPF resolution" (no mention of tune or Adblue) they are refusing to fix the issue and want me to pay another £350. I would recommend only going to them if you have no alternative and if you do make sure the invoice clearly states the full scope of the work they are going to do. Ecotune have been a massive help over the past couple of months with my mk8 gti from servicing it & tuning it! Complete different car now thanks to these guys! Customer service is up there with the best! Great service and highly recommend them!
Finally got round to taking my car to Ecotune they done a full service and dsg service kept me informed with any recommendations from the tech. Then had it tuned the following day can’t believe the difference in power the car now has it’s completely transformed. What to say a massive thank you to the staff from day 1 have been fantastic to deal with and look forward to coming back in the future for more power.
