Knowledgeable and professional. Made recommendations with clear communication on was needed sooner or wasn't important.
Cannot recommend this company enough. We had a large branch break off our tree unexpectedly and they were so kind and responsive. Came out within two hours of me calling and had the branch removed the same day. They also talked me through the health of the tree and made me feel confident that the tree was in good health and safe. Will be using them again for pruning and recommending them to anyone who asks.
Jim and company came through in a pinch and resolved a dangerous situation for us. I really appreciate how much they went out of their way to help us and their professional work. I highly recommend EcotreeNW! Thanks again!
The crew that came out to complete the work were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They completed the work efficiently and skillfully. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard neater than they found it. The estimate seemed less professional as it was handwritten and modifications were made by crossing items off. This left us questioning whether we wanted to hire them. Glad we did! Because the actual work was top notch. I highly recommend them!
