Kevin, Nick and the service guy were wonderful! Kevin knew we had a serious medical issue in our family back in May and told me he would keep us in the queue and get back to us in June when things settled down for us. I did not have to chase him down when our medical issues got resolved...he got back to me as he promised. Nick treated us with the same responsiveness. Several yrs ago when we got 450+ inches of snow, our crawl space flooded. Kevin and the Echo Treck team removed the water and mitigated the mold. A month ago Kevin and team installed a radon fan. Now our numbers are less than 1. Highly recommend Kevin and Echo Treck!
