Serge has been awesome to work with. He’s always friendly, responsive, and takes the time to explain what’s going on instead of just spraying and leaving. I don’t know much about pests, but he does a great job explaining what we’re dealing with, what to expect, and what he’s doing to fix it. Excellent service. Discovered some sugar ants in the morning and EkoTech made the effort to get here before the day's end. Serge was again over and above in his work. If 10 is the top number I give him an 11. I have rarely, if ever, received service like this since moving here 30+ years ago.
