I went into this company with a neighbour, to replace our front entrance doors. The installers did a great job and were very helpful, that being said, they did forget to leave my doorbell wires exposed for my doorbell, not a huge deal, but no longer have a doorbell. I went out and purchased a doorbell camera to replace my doorbell, the owner mark personally called me back and assured me he would compensate me for the doorbell. My house is double brick, the windows arrived and did not fit the opening. The absolute hacks they sent to install them proceeded to smash the bricks out with screwdrivers and hammers to make the opening larger. Not only did this make a terrible opening for the new window, but brick chunks then fell inward and damaged my hardwood floor. The 2 techs argued with eachother all day during the install. Problems from start to finish. Wrong windows were ordered, instalation was sloppy, screen didn't fit into windows, sales rep was non responsive.
