We love our new windows and doors!! They are functional, energy efficient and totally improved our curb appeal. Jacob has been an incredible representative. He is professional, thorough and replies very quickly. He made sure our many requests were met and the installation was done on time. Vitaliy and his installation team were also incredible. They worked very hard to get everything done in a day. They were respectful of our home and paid attention to detail. I would totally recommend EcoTech Windows & Doors.
We just had our windows and front door installed at our home, Slava , Max and will . They are very professional and efficient. They made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end. We are very happy with the experience. What is amazing , the front door came with unaligned windows, they right away took charge to report to the head office to rush an replacement order , the importance that they take seriously the job and bring forward a solution on the spot. INSTALLATION TEAM - Great Job! Thank you Mykhailo. I truly appreciated you taking the time to go over the installation process and sequence upon your arrival on Day 1. Since my daughter and I were going to be in the home while the work was being done, it was helpful to know expectations and have a plan considering this was a winter installation. IMO, you and Nick worked in a very professional manner and did an outstanding job with the actual installation. (Here's a couple of pictures of just some of the doors/windows)
Max and Alex did an Awesome job with the installation of our front door! They took their time, were polite, and asked us questions along the way to make sure everything was to our liking. They were wonderful to deal with. Ecotech overall was a great company to deal with. Installation has to be rescheduled a couple times, but they made sure we were compensated properly. Will definitely be going back to them when it is time to do our windows. Great job all around. Would highly recommend.
This is our 3rd time we have purchased windows/doors from Scott (incredible sales rep). Max and Alex did an exceptional job replacing our door. They were both very pleasant and very professional. While they were installing the door, they did encounter a couple of issues, however they were able to problem solve and together they came up with the best solution and outcome.
