We replaced our twenty year old white framed bathroom and bedroom windows with modern sleek black framed windows from Ecotech. Nick and Vitalii did the installation today (July 21.25). They arrived at the scheduled time. They were very polite, professional and swift. They cleaned / vacuumed the area in and out throughly. We had our patio sliding door and laundry room window replaced. We had some initial issues however they were resolved which included a personal phone call from the owner which made the biggest impact. Rachel our sales rep was personable and gave us a competitive price. The installers, Misah and Gill were phenomenal. They were very professional, polite, clean with quality workmanship. Nick, Vitalii, and Sergei showed up on time and were very professional and did a fantastic job. They did a great job installing our windows and patio doors. They were very friendly, answered all our questions, showed us everything we needed to know and did a great job overall. They were fast but meticulous and made sure to clean up after. Vitality and his crew (Oleg, Ross, Ruslan, Bogan) were very well coordinated and installed our 12 windows, 2 doors and new patio door the same day. They were very courteous and left our home in a very clean condition. Great guys!! Super friendly and on time. Inside finish looks awesome, but…. Here are some issues: - glass is scratched from factory. So now I have to get it replaced which will take 4-6 weeks. - no capping installed outside, just A LOT of caulking. It looks unfinished and unprofessional. - called service and they are great.
