Our experiemce with Ecotech was excellent. From the estimate process that explained the system and what it should do for us, to the installation crew and their professionalism, to the follow up site visit that walked us through the system, everyone was knowlegable and friendly. To date, 4 months out, everything works as advertised. When i had a question a couple months out their response was timely and cleared the issue.
We are extremely glad that we chose EcoTech for our Solar system. We had been approached over the last 5 years by several companies and had received design proposals and quotes. EcoTech was the best design, best product, the best price, with the most trust-generating installation expertise, and the most personable and workable company of most all the ones we dealt with. We would easily recommend them to anyone. Slashing our high Power Bill out of our budget has been very satisfying.
From our first phone call for help to the completion of replacing our inverter (installed by a company no longer working) every person we worked with was patient, helpful, and kind. Maya explained everything and facilitated logistics and needed info. Sean and another technician were kind, polite, figured out the problem, explained everything clearly, and got the job done. We highly recommend this company!
