We have been waiting since December for our project to be finished. Our consultation was December and we told John we decided to move forward with remediation but had to reach back out in April since we had not heard from him for months (though he had sold us another product immediately, through another company, which he was quick to schedule). John was very professional and courteous. He was able to accommodate us quickly as we had time constraints. His inspection was thorough and he discussed all options before proceeding with the next steps! Highly recommend Ecotech for mold inspections and remediations!
We used EcoTech for inspection and testing, luckily we did not have a mold issue and did not need remediation services. John was prompt, professional, answered all of our questions and gave us peace of mind. Pricing was reasonable and in line with the industry. We will absolutely use them again in the future if ever necessary.
