Ecotech are a great company to deal with. Placed an order for a Brother MFC printer with one of the most competitive prices available on the web (cheaper than Amazon) which included free delivery, had a real person call me to confirm payment details and received it the next day. Could not ask for anything more.

Placed an online order for a printer and it was processed the next business day. The day after that, it arrived in perfect working condition. Brand new product with original packaging intact. I'm amazed as I've never experienced such efficient and speedy delivery from an Australian company before. Very satisfied.

Ordered a brother laser printer all the way from the ACT and needed it urgently. This family business really takes pride in their orders. They said I will get it in 3-4 working days and I got it in 1.5 working days. Also, the pricing was better than anything I saw on the internet for a reputable provider. Can't go wrong with Ecotech. Highly recommend!
