I had an issue with a piece of equipment and I have to say their customer service is by far the best I have ever dealt with from any company. Updating this review as they finally fixed the mobius application time change issue, it works beautifully now. Highly recommend to others just for the simple fact there customer service is hands down best I've ever dealt with.
For how over priced these wave makers are, youd think they would keep small things on the shelf for customers to do thier own repairs, I find it an absolute joke we pay $300-$1000 for something like wave makers and then when shit breaks we are expected to buy either a wet or dry side for 50% of the value of a new one. Companies like this are in it for the greed. Over to AI ALL my systems go, ill never support this company again.

Horrible customer service they hang out on you and then screen your calls to not answer. Their solution was ship my light back and not have one for 4 weeks killing all my corals or buy a new light. Their customer service manager tim thinks he owns the company and hung up on me 4x. He said there is no one above him to speak to and hung up. He offered me a $40 discount making the product only $60 MORE than I could buy it off Amazon or wwc. Not much of a discount. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
I have now owned 3 XR15 G5 lights (all died) 3 XR15 G6 lights (still work), 3 MP40 pumps (1 died), and 3 vectra m2 pumps (all 3 stopped working). I have receipts for everything. You think you’re buying a premium product. You couldn’t be farther from the truth. I have only owned my tank for 5 years and have gone through this much hardware.
