I have bought 2 Transit vans from my dealership in Puyallup.They had me use Ecotech to outfit. Ken does not reply texts or emails. First van turned out fine. I dropped off a second van a year later and said I wanted exactly the same setup as previous van and supplied pictures of the first install. It wasn’t even close to the first van. He did make some changes that were good but has since left me hanging on a few details and missing parts.
