I can't speak more highly of Dr. Koonce. She is very knowledgeable, kind, warm, thorough, detail-oriented, and helped me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. The surgery itself was by far the most pleasant and comfortable surgical experience I’ve ever had, that’s a testament to the staff. The technical precision I see in my results is also noteworthy. I feel fortunate I came across this practice and that its location is here in NWA.
