While "fixing" the subfloor they scuffed the paint in an ENTIRE HALLWAY and then wanted to pretend they didn't do it. They laughed about it and stood around. THIS IS OUR HOME. WHAT JOB ALLOWS THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN A HOME???? They then left without saying anything and without CLOSING THE FRONT DOOR IN A HOUSE WITH PETS AND CHILDREN. Jonny and Ryan are good guys. They completed a John Weiland Homes warranty shower replacement. The install guys took their time and did it correctly. Quality work and very responsive.
They came to fix something and left a huge hole in our garage ceiling and a mess on the floor. I called to get someone to come back and cover it and the scheduler never called me back to get the work done. Horrible service and unprofessional. We had to cover the hole ourselves so our house didn’t get filled with bugs. Don’t use this company!
Sorry for the duplicate post: Mackey and Jeffery were both amazing when they came and worked on our home. We had drywall, ceilings, siding, baseboard and trim work repaired. The work was professional and of high quality. It was performed under our one year warranty, however, we will defiantly use Ecospec for any future issues we have with our home. Thank you.
