I had a great experience with EcoSpa Texas technician Chris. He was on-time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service call and the overall quality of the EcoSpa product. My spa is 10 years old and still has a lot of life left in it. That's quality! Thank you EcoSpa Texas!
Great customer service..
This spa is one of the best purchases we have ever made! It works beautifully and their customer support is second to none. The grandkids especially love it, which leads us to believe that maybe that's why they always want to come for a visit!
I have a eco spa and I really like it, However my pump went out recently and it’s is out of warranty but the cost to replace it is $550 for the pump and $175 for the first hour of a service call and $125 hr after that. And parts he said are only warranty to 6 months. But I think that $725 or more to replace a pump on my spa is a little excessive! But that’s the only issue I have so far!!
