People are great. They have a nice show room and a great product and presentation. When driving and looking for the store it off the beaten path so make sure you have GPS on. I did buy a spa but haven't received it yet they say 4 to 6 weeks that was great for me have to leave the year where the spa will be placed and most of all lifetime warranty on the spa that's great for being out in this south Texas sun and limited warranty on the heater and pump around 5 to 10 year if I can remember right thanks guy for sitting down wit... read more
Being new at owning a hot tube its hard to put into words just how helpful the guys are at EcoSpa. My first call to EcoSpa and talked to Mike, he was a wealth of knowledge.
