When we were shopping around the price was competitive and the reviews were good.We did have a problem with the ease of raising a couple of them. I ordered cordless single cell shades from here because I always buy made in USA if possible. Shipping took long. Immediately upon installation the shades were non functional and defective, wouldn't move up or down. I had to send them back and then wait for repair and return. Only two years later, the fabric on these shades is so flimsy that they're all shredded up and ready for the dump.
