I'm always leery to use an online store and rarely do I trust Yelp reviews, etc. I took the leap and let me tell you.....they are the BEST. Responsive and kind to all my annoying questions. I am not a computer person. They walked me through the entire process. They were easy to install (so said my contractor who hung them) but the instructions were a bit confusing....but EcoShade representatives are always available!!! EcoSmart shades is an outstanding product. My shades were custom ordered to fit the windows and were made to perfection. Arrived more quickly than I expected. Contractor installed and said he liked the hardware and ease of installation. I live in the South Carolina lowcountry and this time of year it is hot and humid. These shades have helped with heat reduction in this room. A thank you was personally signed and included. Thank you for a great USA made product.
Shades arrived very quickly. They are well made and were easy to install. They are very effective at reducing heat in the room from direct sunlight.
Excellent quality & beautiful! 3 reasons for a 5-star rating: 1. It hangs correctly! I've had other blinds that, no matter how they're tweaked, they hang unevenly at the bottom. This one is perfect! 2. the speed with which they filled my order for the 1 shade for my kitchen was amazing! We are absolutely thrilled with our new solar and blackout roller shades, 19 in total all came out perfectly! I can't stop looking at them!
