I ordered cordless single cell shades from here because I always buy made in USA if possible. Shipping took long. Immediately upon installation the shades were non functional and defective, wouldn't move up or down. I had to send them back and then wait for repair and return. Only two years later, the fabric on these shades is so flimsy that they're all shredded up and ready for the dump. I am so glad i found EcoSmart online! I could not be happier with my EcoSmart shades! The quality is excellent, exactly matching the sample i ordered, and they were cut perfectly to fit my 5 windows. And the price was very competitive. I recommend EcoSmart without reservation!
I'm always leery to use an online store and rarely do I trust Yelp reviews, etc. I took the leap and let me tell you.....they are the BEST. Responsive and kind to all my annoying questions. I am not a computer person. They walked me through the entire process. They were easy to install (so said my contractor who hung them) but the instructions were a bit confusing....but EcoShade representatives are always available!!! EcoSmart shades is an outstanding product. My shades were custom ordered to fit the windows and were made to perfection. Arrived more quickly than I expected. Contractor installed and said he liked the hardware and ease of installation. I live in the South Carolina lowcountry and this time of year it is hot and humid. These shades have helped with heat reduction in this room. A thank you was personally signed and included. Thank you for a great USA made product.
