So glad we found this company. As other reviews reflect, ESS is top notch. This U.S. family owned small business produces an excellent product. They helped us problem solve, use responsibly sourced materials and even package shades with recyclable materials. I would use them again without hesitation.
This is a great USA-based small company with high quality products. I have been using their twin pull cellulars ever since the ban on manufacturing corded cellulars went into effect and I have nothing but good things to say about them.Their customer service is very responsive, whether by phone or via email and they offer a 7 year warranty on their blinds.

We had a very informative and smooth engagement with EcoSmart Shades in Williston. It was great to see their display of cellular shades and have questions answered. Installation of our new shades by ourselves was very easy. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will most likely be back!
We were looking to replace our shades in our bedroom, and my wife asked me to find a company that sustainably produces them. We liked EcoSmarts website, very easy to maneuver, and find the shade style we were looking for. We requested several samples, and within a short period of time we received the samples, and placed the order shortly afterwards. The shades arrived within a week or so, and were easy to install.
