Thank you to the ECOSmart Builders team for their guidance, support, and well-run ADU building coordination. I work from home and needed a place of my own, on site. EcoSmart did an excellent job converting our garage into a 450 sq ft ADU. We love its clean, streamlined, and modern look and design. Glendale is not an easy city to build in and EcoSmart did an admirable job working with the City to acquire our necessary permits, meet their unique requirements, and pass all the inspections.
