Thank you to the ECOSmart Builders team for their guidance, support, and well-run ADU building coordination. I work from home and needed a place of my own, on site. EcoSmart did an excellent job converting our garage into a 450 sq ft ADU. We love its clean, streamlined, and modern look and design. Glendale is not an easy city to build in and EcoSmart did an admirable job working with the City to acquire our necessary permits, meet their unique requirements, and pass all the inspections. EcoSmart has been a pleasure to work with. They converted our 400 square foot garage into a high quality, design forward ADU. They were very transparent and clear. Whenever we had concerns, they worked to make sure we were satisfied and pleased. Their workers were clean polite and they completed the permitting process with professionalism.
EcoSmart did a great job in building and completing our ADU. We initially thought we would be renovating our existing garage but it turned out that we had to tear it down and start from scratch.
