Today I had my car washed here again. It cost $75. When I came to pick it up, I checked around the car and once again noticed that the bottom door sills, in the most visible spots, were still dusty and unwashed. I asked the manager to take a look, and instead of addressing the issue, he started speaking to me in an aggressive way, saying that I’m always unhappy and too picky, and asked me what I expected for $75. They have destroyed my paint beware don't come here must of changed owners .
I have been going here for over 7 years. This time I had my car detailed and I just recently had my carpets dyed due to having a stain which I payed $1000 to have done . I explained to the young guy and the Indian guy not to use any chemicals on the area that has been dyed . That said no worries I came to pick up the car and they have completely cleaned the dye from the carpet and completely ruined my carpet . I've been going to Ecoshine for a few years now. Staff are always thorough and pay attention to details. They always do an excellent job and make the car look like new inside and outside. I've tried a few other car wash companies since I moved to the north side of the coast but whilst good, they do not match the care and excellentt work done by Ecoshine and I still come back to them for both of my cars. Best car wash in the Central Coast
